Dr. Gillian Riley is a GP obstetrician consulting in Manuka, ACT and Gunning, NSW.
Her interests include:
- Sexual and reproductive health
- menstrual care, heavy periods, painful periods, endometriosis, perimenopause and menopause care and how to improve quality of life for people who suffer with these symptoms.
- IUD insertion and removal with a focus on appropriate pain relief
- Pre pregnancy preparation, antenatal shared care and post partum support
- termination care
- Breastfeeding medicine
- Children’s health of all ages from newborns to adolescents.
- Weight neutral and Health at every Size aligned (HAES) medicine
- Neurodiversity.
- Chronic and complex healthcare needs, particularly in women/people AFAB in larger bodies.
Dr Riley works, lives, loves and plays on the unceded traditional lands of the Ngunnawal, Ngambri, Wiradjuri and Gandangara people. She would like to thank their elders past and present for the gift of the custodianship of their lands and the opportunity to experience them everyday.
